At Sweyne Park we value very highly the relationship between home and school. As the Sixth Form is a crucial stage in a student’s development, regular communication between home and School is of paramount importance. It fosters common understandings and promotes both curricular and extra-curricular progress and development.
Ms Banks run a Year 12 Parents’ Surgery every Monday from 08:30 – 09:30 throughout the school year. This provides an ideal opportunity for parents to raise any questions or concerns they may have regarding their child and the progress they are making.Ìý If you would like to make an appointment to attend the surgery, please contact Mrs Abel in the Sixth Form Office or email her at jabel@sweynepark.com.

In the event of a student’s absence, the student (or the student’s parent or guardian) should contact the school as early as possible before 8.30am, giving reason for the absence. They should also keep the school updated on matters affecting the length of this absence.
